River Works teams are made up of enthusiastic volunteers who care about the environment and who aren't afraid to put their muscles and brains together to make aquatic ecosystems healthier habitats.

Vancouver Aquarium Volunteers are dedicated to promoting the conservation of aquatic animals and environments. Their keen interest in aquatic life and commitment to the environment translates into action both inside the walls of the Aquarium and out in the local communities. Over 50 adult and youth volunteers are getting their feet wet in local wetlands as they jump into River Works action.
